Q:  Who can take Pilates?
A: Pilates is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. New exercisers, fitness enthusiasts, athletes, chronic pain sufferers, rehab patients, and pregnant women have all benefited from the Pilates Method. Evolve's experienced instructors will tailor a Pilates program to your specific needs.

Q:  How do I get started?
A:  Learn about the Introduction to Pilates session on our Getting Started page. To make an appointment for your Introduction to Pilates, call Evolve Pilates & Fitness Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 12:30pm. If you get our answering machine, we will return your call within 24 hours. Or you can schedule your appointment online, through MindBody, our online scheduling system. You may also email us at info@evolvepilates.com. If you have friends that would like to take Pilates we can start you together as a group.

Q:  What does it cost?
A:  Please call if you'd like specific pricing details or visit us on MindBody.

Q:  What should I wear?
A: You should wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement; clothing should not be too loose. Many exercises are performed on your back, making loose shorts inappropriate. Pilates is usually performed in bare feet, but you may wear your socks if you wish.
