Evolve instructors draw from their individual backgrounds, extensive training, and years of teaching experience to offer students today’s most innovative techniques in fitness. The goal is for each of our clients to experience joy in movement.
I've always liked to exercise, but with 25 years of dealing with back trouble - and no "solution"- my physical therapist recommended Evolve. They know their stuff! I developed the famed "Pilates core strength" but so much more: a major improvement to my back pain. The instructors are always learning and bringing new techniques to us. The classes are small (sometimes just 3 or 4 people) and attentive. There is an amazing variety of classes- no two classes are the same. The cost is more than a typical gym, but it is almost like personal training. In large gym classes instructors aren't able to correct form, nor do many of the instructors have the wealth of knowledge that Evolve instructors have.

I have been a regular at Evolve for over four years, ever since I moved to Gainesville. I have been so impressed by their approach to group classes that I never even tried out any other place. Mostly, I have been to Kim's classes. Whenever someone has a particular issue she suggests an appropriate variation of an exercise. She regularly incorporates the latest developments and findings in sports and rehabilitation research into her one-hour classes. She always has a positive attitude and is forever cheerful. Occasionally another instructor will substitute for Kim. Each Evolve instructor has their individual style, and all are wonderful and professional.
